What are the payment options?

All orders must be placed through PayPal. For those without a PayPal account, a credit/debit card can be used without registration. 

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 30 days providing the items are in their original condition. 
 

Unless faulty/damaged, buyers are responsible for return postage. 
 

How do pre-orders work?

Items due to be released can be pre-ordered to guarantee the item you want will not sell out.  Pre-ordered items are paid for in advance and shipped once released. 

Delivery Information

All orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) are processed and dispatched the same day and posted 1st class.
